Pros
The company is fair and has some of the best talented person onboard. The leadership mentors you well for the project work. However promotion to the deserving person within the team depends on everything except your performance.
Cons
Work Life balance. Work extended hours on weekdays and weekends. The manager expect you to do functional as well as technical work. Just one resource for everything !!
