Pros
Good training internally, learn and work with a great consulting framework that will give good exposure to project management and delivery. Good a place as any to cut your teeth.
Cons
Pay was very very low compared to competitors. Internal politics and lack of regard for employees welfare from middle management can cause some friction. Not a great software development capability which limits career potential in some cases.
