Difficult place to work, people are ok but pay is low and layoffs are common - Anonymous employee Fujitsu Employee Review

Constant reorganizing causes customers to suffer while worker bees scurry around trying to complace them. No guidance or "big picture" on where/what the organization's objectives are. Many incompetent people hanging around for reasons I have yet to discover.
