Pros
Very easy job assignments, most on the job work efforts are geared at conducting surveillance of a area. In short very little "physical" work is involved.
Cons
Huge multi-conglomerate company. As with most large corporations the interpersonal communications between corporate and there branches or even worse individual employees is deplorable. Some issues with pay can take up to six weeks to be corrected.
