It is possible to work your way up and with offices all over the country you can transfer when you move if there is an office in the area
Cons
Overhead employees are treated bad. Cost of living raises under 2% (if you gat one at all), no raises based on performance, and underpaid, An overhead employee of 10 years makes less then a new hire in the same position or lateral position.
