As much unpaid holidays as you want within reason, because they're always trying to save as much money on staff as possible, but at the same time maximise profits.
Cons
It's pretty much minimum wage. 5p more! Altogether now. Wooooooooo! Ridiculously low hour contracts. They're currently interviewing for 4 hours a week contracts. Ridiculous.
