      too much store side pushback and involvement, not enough l.p. offices, pay doesn't match the work at all, lack of training and a lot of complaining

      Generous PTO, monthly bonus for management, 401k and stock options, socially conscious brand, focus on diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Very low pay, Micromanagement by upper management, lack of available hours to adequately staff the sales floor, too many tasks and too little time allotted, no opportunity for advancement
