Pros
Good benefits and time off after you put the time in, but the pay was horrible so in the end it doesn't matter.
Cons
Very stressful work environment. Pressure about getting customers to open Gap cards. Pay is not worth all that you have to do. Always working night and weekends, no life. Have to go in even when there is a state of emergency snow storm.
