Pros
Very team oriented. Involved in the community and truly have their guests and communities best interests at heart. Not to mention, a fantastic product that is worth the money, or at least when on sale.
Cons
No hours to get the work done required for that type of store. Most employees are paid minimum wage and management isn't paid much better. Everyone is overworked and overwhelmed.
