Pros

- Job security during COVID-19 unless in Conferences - Fair salary and benefits - Unlimited access to research and expertise — learn then leave

Cons

- Women are bullied, harassed and discriminated against in the EMSE channel. It really is horrible and women have left and continue to leave due to the toxic leadership - HR and Leadership are aware because women have come forward to complain. But sadly they retaliate against women who come forward. - Men are quickly promoted while women with the same performance are pushed down. HR’s reasoning for men getting promotions over women is that women “lack emotional maturity,” “aren’t ready,” and in one case “is a mother and requested flexible remote working hours.”

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
