Pros
There are a lot of really intelligent people working here, and it's interesting to discuss the various technologies in free-form discussions.
Cons
Unfortunately, some of the analysts seem to have a "God" complex. It's a very male chauvinistic company with very few women in any leadership roles whatsoever. Personal attacks in open meetings are common. A lack of communication from corporate to the rank-and-file is widespread. No career advancement or roadmap opportunities are available, especially if they want and need to keep you in your current role...FOREVER!!
