Pros
I had a phenomenal experience working at Gartner. Came in with a completely different background, and this company helped build my foundation to function in this industry. I was trained to partner with C-level execs which helped catapult my career. Great clients, great culture, good leadership.
Cons
Compensation is a huge opportunity for the services group. Many of us (3-5 year vets) left and doubled our salaries to do the exact same role, less clients, and accounts. I would have stayed if they would have increased my salary to meet the market demand.
