Well known company Learn how to sell “the Gartner way” Meet a lot of people

Cons

1. If you don’t immediately fit in with your frat and sorority aka onboarding class good luck finding work friends. - most of these people aren’t trustworthy and only care about their selves at the end of the day. 2. Management is hit or miss - mine is a miss. My manager picks favorites and AVP told me straight up my manager does not like me and the only way to make them like me is to act like them. (Toxic) 3. Pay is below industry average - you can make more working in retail. 4. Managers won’t defend you to clients who are nasty and don’t even mind to remember your name.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
