Pros
Great people and managers in Programs side. Operations side is awful. No sharing of company information to employees.
Cons
I got transferred from Programs which I loved and excelled in to Operations which was cut throat. I got deathly I’ll and in hospital for 1 month and came back after 5 months (against doctors advice). Because I feared layoff. I got accused of “taking pills” which were prescribed and using alcohol. Still, on my day off on return from store, I felt funny, driving a new unfamiliar car and entered into the parking lot for safety. I just got out of the hospital and wanted to call my husband to come get me. Cops were called and I was taken to jail, released, fired without trial 3 weeks later. The next day 400 people were let go with benefits. I was fired, no one talked to me about what doctors said or medicines I was on. 13 years of excellent reviews and working all through Covid so they could stay home and customers didn’t suffer. I was the go to girl for everything. Gone. No trial, no trial, no package… just gone. As God as my witness, this is true. I loved my job. I did everything for them and the customer. I get sick (still am under medical care for botched gallbladder surgery. But they never cared. Just fired . I will miss the work and people. I’ve been working in Aerospace since I was 18 years old. It’s all I love. Just crushed.
