Pros
Really like the general job stability, reasonable pay, existence of a pension, and being a private company. Really like the people at the work location. Really like the company mission and working with new products and ideas.
Cons
Don't like the attitudes of some senior leadership. There's a lot of pretending to care about employees without actually doing anything to help. There's a lot of pretending to listen but not actually hearing anything said. There's some leadership that isn't qualified technically. There's a proclivity to back room deals between certain employees that allow sweeping changes to be made to business procedures and operations.
