      Corporate office has perks like a company store, salon and coffee shop. If you have the right supervisor, it's a great place to work.

      Cons

      There is a defined ceiling if you you are not on a specific career path and if you have a bad manager...consider yourself stuck.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
