      the people are motivating and inspiring the work is challenging and you are given a lot of responsibility it is a very inclusive atmosphere

      Cons

      the plant locations are not in prime cities there is a very strong culture that you either fit in or don't

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
