Pros
Good company to learn business. Good exposure to quality tools and practices.
Cons
Management is too shrewd and not at all employee centric. Too much of cost cutting in the name of recession, environment etc. Play dirty tricks like encouraging employees to submit ideas to cut operational costs (in the name of innovation) and swiftly accept any idea which may save costs without having any regard to all other employees feelings/thoughts
