Better places than Genpact - Vice President Genpact Employee Review

Low pay, and skimpy bonuses even when the company is growing like crazy. Despite exceeding goals it's never enough and they don't reward you at all. I was there 8+ years and rewards and recognitions went down despite major accomplishments. It's a very demoralizing culture. Expect a gazillion emails a day and they expect you to respond to them 24x7. Genpact is not good for your mental health.
