      Autonomy, high variable compensation, meritocracy, lots of support, sincerity and positive reinforcement from executive leadership. Lots of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Requires a lot of self motivation and entrepreneurial spirit (a good thing, but may not be for everyone).
