      Great for internal socialising and benefits

      Cons

      Management have a power trip and micro manage tasks. You won't last long if you are not heavily involved in social side of things as management pick their favourites through friendships.

      Pros

      The culture is very different than most agencies -- not hammering the phones, being micromanaged, no toxic behavior like I've seen before. On top of that, they may be the best recruiting team in NYC. The clients, process, and candidate pool are top knotch. Benefits, PTO, Holidays are great
