      Well established name in the market and on lots of PSL's As someone who has been in the business a while, not micro managed and given lots of freedom and autonomy Great team Excellent rewards for performing well - it's a high performance based culture

      Pros

      The culture is very different than most agencies -- not hammering the phones, being micromanaged, no toxic behavior like I've seen before. On top of that, they may be the best recruiting team in NYC. The clients, process, and candidate pool are top knotch. Benefits, PTO, Holidays are great
