Pros
The company has a strong bench of highly capable consultants who consistently outperform much of the external market. The benefits and commission structures are competitive, though tracking and transparency could be improved. Among consultants, there is a genuinely supportive culture where collaboration and mutual help are the norm.
Cons
There is a significant disconnect between management and consultants. While the company is making efforts to modernise, the overall strategy lacks cohesion, with new systems and processes being introduced almost weekly, creating confusion and instability. Although the company publicly promotes its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and mental health, these values are not meaningfully reflected in the day-to-day. This has resulted in a high turnover over the last year. The workforce has almost halved.
