Partners and management do not seem to be very connected with/interested in the needs/complaints of associates. They stiff people on raises and bonuses every opportunity they get and cut costs anywhere possible.
You will routinely work 70+ hours during busy season and it's just expected that you should suffer. Sometimes some people work 100 hour weeks while others work 50, and very few people see to care about making sure that everyone is pulling their weight and sharing the load equally.
