This place is an absloute disgrace! Within the department I worked in every person at a senior management level above Team leaders are some how related, so even if you wanted to raise something you're met with a family member, which is commonly spoke about within the department.
I was there 8 month's and every procedure that needed to be followed... wasn't. The care they have for their staff is horrendous, people are consistently being targeted and singled out, favouritism is the key to progression within the claim's department. People that you would like to be able to rely on and trust to do the right thing let you down at every hurdle, the communication from team leaders and higher management is 0. The way this department is being run is a disgrace to the company and I'd urge anyone who is thinking of accepting a role within claims to think again.
