      Free Cab and Meal Can't see any other area which attract a lot to keep here.

      Poor GST Management - HOD belive he is god in ODS as no upper management check on him. No process and visibility of work Employees are treated like slaves. Dead opportunities for personal growth. Very rude behaviour of middle and top management in GST,

      Remote work Dedicated and humble team

      Cons

      Benefits team was always the dumping ground for everything everyone else didn’t want to do. I never felt a solid sense of trust from upper management. I was in a contract that felt very much like a rollercoaster and very unstable.
