      Less cut throat than other agencies Good career progression Lots of companies use Hays so less cold calling Good office environment- lots of banter Encourage social activities Relaxed working environment

      You'll never earn decent commission unless you're a top biller Low basic salary Your just a number in a seat Difficult to specialise in any area, as its a generalist agency
