Pros
Nothing really, maybe the logo looks nice
Cons
First of all I was told my wage is £16/hour. I was not told that agency fees and employer costs was going to be deducted from the £16. In fact my wage is £13.2. I declined an offer because of that. - So this was a misleading information, or let's call it simply a lie Secondly, filling in and signing the joining documents was my worst ever experience with joining a company. Hays website still keeps sending me notifications to fill in forms, which I did 3 times and I even have it downloaded on my computer. Also I was enrolled to a pension scheme, and I received an email to sign in without username and password. Thirdly, my agent, promised me (!) on a Friday afternoon sending over the paperwork, so I could have filled in during the weekend. I sent him a reminder text on Saturday, he promised me again. But he did not send any paperwork, only Monday morning, when I was already in work and he was pushing me (calling me 2 times and texting me 2 times) that paperwork should have been done on Monday. No apologies. Fourthly, on my payslip it is stated that I work 35 hours a week, but I work 37,5 hours a week. I asked my agent to clarify this discrepancy, which he promised, but never did. In short this is the most terrible service I received in my life. Honestly, if I was doing my job like this, I would have been sacked.
