Underpaid, Not Valued, Terrible Leadership - Account Manager Hays Employee Review

-This position is grossly underpaid. -Sr. "leaders" would talk about other employees in one on ones with other employees. So extremely unprofessional -Absolutely no culture. No investment in the office space, employee well-being or culture overall. -You really are just a number. Unless you are greedy and aggressive you will be pushed out -Training is just sitting on the computer for a week going through presentations. - No transparency. Everything contradicted each other so no matter what you are never good enough
