Pros
Great training curriculum and infrastructure in Hays. Commission scheme is decent but not fantastic as compared to competitors.
Cons
Hays has its culture and it's not well accepted by most. It's more of a "winning" cult. Terrible management team and are extremely biased based on personal results. Merits don't exist in this cut throat culture. It's either the management's way, or the express way. Forget about career progression if you are either not billing the most or you are being favored.
