Pros

They have a wonder pay rate, if you can keep up with metrics you are then on the correct path.

Cons

The pressure to meet metrics at this company is overwhelming. Despite being able to review my call logs and listen to my calls, they fired me for not hitting the target metrics without providing any warning. I wasn’t properly trained either. My manager was new and disappeared after our initial meeting during training. I was left without guidance on how to navigate the system, and when I sought help, no one was available. Meetings to assist me were scheduled, then canceled without explanation. I was pregnant at the time and was initially told the position would be remote. However, even with a doctor’s note requesting I work from home, I was required to be in the office. When I asked to take my leave as my due date approached, they informed me that I didn’t have enough leave time and would need to wait or risk termination. Reluctantly, I stayed on, only to be fired five days later for not meeting metrics.

Pros

Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

Cons

Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
