Culture and work environment: Inclusive and Collaborative culture, supportive management, sociable atmosphere. Recognition & Rewards: Performance based incentives, Employee referal schemes.

      I have not personally encountered any Cons of working at Hays so far. We have a YourVoice survey we complete regularly which allows us to voice opinions then.
