Pros

People, the people who actually make the company function are great. Work from home culture - however there’s been threats to take this away

Cons

Where to start? SLT - you guys have made people redundant but you never look at what your own spending controls are. Take some responsibility for your own actions before taking jobs away Pay - if you’re looking for a role thats going to grow with you, please look for another company. The pay scales / bands are just awful. If you want to be paid under market rates and constantly get told you’re not worth it please join! Vision - it’s a tad confusing at times. You get told one thing then an opposite action occurs and the best part no one takes ownership! CEO - has virtually no people skills. Couldn’t interact with a Chat bot. Benefits - they brag about the company share scheme that’s worth nothing? The shares are only worth something when the company is sold (if ever). So for the time being the shares are worth ZERO. Provide some actual benefits or a bonus scheme.

Pros

The team here are incredible, everyone is very collaborative and really care about the customers. I can honestly say this is the best company I've worked for.

Cons

There have been some changes in senior leadership but that doesn't really affect myself or the team in our location

Pros

No real technical skills needed. Remote with full benefits/team leads can be helpful. Gift cards are awarded every 90 days or so for productivity. All equipment is provided. Office supply stipend. Low volume = low stress. High volume = high stress.

Cons

Daily/weekly quota can not be front loaded meaning you have to be active constantly instead of doing your work ahead of time and enjoying remote benefits like other companies. U.S. agents work with agents from other countries who are held to a lower standard/quality of work than they are. Call volume can be high at times. Overtime is rare. Leadership can be incompetent at times. Time spent is valued over productivity.
