Pros
Freedom to not be in an office all day, ability to drive all different types of cars and test out their features, interacting with people from all over the globe and working with certain people whom have become good friends.
Cons
Where do I start.... very low pay for the amount of work the company expects us to do while not giving us the tools to complete those tasks, no help with fleet needs when reservations continually add (company allows for reservations to be booked with 0 notice for cars a location doesn't have available), very bad work/ life balance, schedules are +50 hours 6 days a week, easy to get burned out but management doesn't care and will rarely (if ever) week a weekend to lessen that load, expected to clean cars in business attire, very little support when dealing with difficult customers and some offices are deplorable yet company does nothing to spruce up the work place to make it more presentable. This job used to better when monthly commissions were paid out based on ability to sell but they replaced that with write ups for not selling while doing nothing to make up the difference in hourly pay. Zero opportunities for upward mobility unless you're willing to inflate numbers with unethical business practices.
