Pros
-Its an opportunity to learn how to handle a profit & loss statement -Its an opportunity to learn how to learn good customer service because you deal with lots of very angry renters
Cons
- You supposedly earn vacation but they never agree to let you take it - The offices are very thinly staffed - You work upwards of 10 hours a day 5 days a week and have to work on Saturday - Take lunch? Forget it, usually doesn't happen - You want to work in or near the town where you live? Forget it as you will probably have to drive 25+ miles one way which isn't good when you are getting minimum wage - Management promises bonuses monthly for sales and quarterly for branch managers BUT the local district manager somehow manages to keep the lion's share for himself.
