We know there’s been significant changes across the sales teams over the past 12 months, which were designed to train and support the teams to cross sell, up sell, and hit their targets so they can benefit from our generous commission scheme. We’ve had excellent feedback on these training programmes for growing our salespeople’s knowledge, confidence and collaboration. We have a wide range of ways we collect and listen to the great feedback and suggestions our employees provide, including monthly surveys with a tool that enables managers to review and respond to anonymous feedback directly so changes can be made quickly to help us be the best we can be, alongside regular team updates, our dedicated feedback inbox (shown below), and monthly site updates for employees to ask questions and share their ideas. We know it’s our people that make us great, and we make innovative changes based on employee feedback on a regular basis – such as the new financial coaching, savings schemes and critical illness cover we have recently launched based on staff suggestions.
