Pros

A few decent benefits..yes that’s all I can think of.

I’m just going to bulletpoint it all, rather than write a big rant. Poor Salary, which never goes up, ever!! Ridiculous workloads Massive pressure on you as a person, and They love to play the blame game, you have to be an expert in covering your own butt. Poor management, you speak about your concerns and end up with another 5 issues on top of what you had in the first place. Bonus scheme - Every year you have to beg for someone to sort your contracted bonus, and because I left in June, they decide that they won’t pay the bonus that covered the last financial year. So all of the hours of hard work, the mental health issues the job caused, the pressure you are put under..all count for nothing, because I chose to leave before they decide they are going to pay the bonus at the end of July. I was left with no choice but to leave this job, for my own sanity. Doesn’t say a lot does it..I’ll await the standard HR ‘response’ to what I have written.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We’re really sorry to hear you left the company before you could receive your FY21 bonus payout. The T&Cs of the plan are clear that you must be a current employee at the time of payout to receive a bonus under the plan – this was communicated on the plan’s launch in July last year, and was readily available for you to view via your Documents folder in Cascade. It’s normal practice for companies to only pay bonuses to current employees and we follow the standard approach taken by many organisations in this regard. Pros

I have been with Iris for approximately 5 months and have been incredibly impressed. The people I work with from my peers, leadership (including executive leadership) and my team, are amazing. Building relationships has been easy as most of the employees are open to it, are very collaborative and genuinely want to help! Iris is also focused on equality and ensure we all have a fair opportunity for growth. While we have a lot to do here, it is clear that we are valued.

Cons

As a rapidly growing organization, we have some growing pains and some foundational processes, systems and flow that need to be updated and/or adjusted, but nothing that won't be fixed over time.

Great product and team. Just no focus on US operations.

Company has no real direction for US operations.
