We are proud to operate a range of generous bonus and commission schemes to recognise and reward hard work. We use a monthly feedback tool called Peakon to ensure that all suggestions, concerns and ideas are listened to and we were delighted that, in the past 12 months, employees shared more than 31,000 comments with managers posting more than 28,000 updates, responses, and follow-up questions. This has seen our employee engagement rise significantly year on year. We are very proud to be officially recognised as a Great Place To Work™ for the second year running and one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in 2021.
