We are delighted to have been certified as Great Place to Work for the second year running, which is based upon scoring highly in an anonymous employee survey conducted by a third party. We are proud to have scored extremely highly on statements concerning fairness of treatment regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender and, age, and making employees feel welcome. We appreciate that we are a fast paced and ambitious organisation. We do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities and ask our staff for their input and feedback to organise our workloads effectively. We publish weekly emails from our CEO Elona, monthly company updates for all employees, our ‘Your IRIS’ newsletter, daily social media updates, and regular staff surveys.
