We are also proud to support the hundreds of employees who are nominated each year to join our High Potential Programme, which provides employees with the opportunity to network, gain new skills, and self-reflect on their own development through a range of activities to develop their career with us.
We appreciate that we are a fast paced and ambitious organisation, establishing clear goals and objectives on a regular basis to our global family. We do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities and ask our staff for their input and feedback to organise our workloads effectively. We run a monthly Peakon survey which allows employees to provide immediate, real-time feedback to managers and leaders on the tasks they are working on and any suggestions. We also provide training modules on ‘How to Deal with Pressure, Stress & Pressurised workloads’, ‘Time Management’ and ‘Mental Wellbeing & Resilience’, as well as build and promote a range of IT tools to help our teams manage their workload.
