Part of the secret to our success is our fantastic acquisitions, which bring more great people into the IRIS family and enables us to provide a larger range of products and services to our customer base. We are proud to only acquire successful businesses who operate within one of our 3 market sectors: Accountancy, Education, and HCM, to ensure a highly targeted approach and easy integration and transition. We’ve refined our acquisitions and integration processes through experience, with the support of our dedicated team within IRIS, who have welcomed over 500 acquired employees in the last 12 months. We also continue to grow organically and hire fantastic people to continue to provide outstanding service to our customers.
We continuously work with our employees to build on our success and set clear priorities and objectives for the future to see what more we can achieve together. We empower our employees to shape the course of IRIS by sharing their great feedback with us through monthly engagement surveys, departmental Employee Voice Ambassadors, and our annual Great Place to Work survey. We always want to empower all our employees to find the work life balance that’s right for them. We do this through a range of flexible working options and patterns, 3 fully paid Giving Back Days for charitable and community causes, an employee assistance programme, mental health provisions and discounted gym memberships.
