We’re proud to have recently been shortlisted for the ‘Company of the Year’ award at the Bett Awards, crowned ‘Tech Employer of the Year’ at the Thames Valley Tech Awards, and be certified as a Great Place to Work© for the third year running.
Paying our employees fairly for their work is of the upmost importance to us, and we are proud to run an annual salary review process, which includes using external benchmarking data, to make sure we are paying fairly and competitively compared to the market. We are also delighted to reward our fantastic salespeople with a comprehensive commission scheme with the chance to earn 200% of commission when the target is achieved. We also provide a range of other incentives and rewards for our salespeople, such as regular competitions with the chance to win big prizes and our Elite Club’s luxury trips to Las Vegas and other exciting places. We’re continuing to increase employee engagement in Peakon, our engagement platform, and are so pleased to have attained an engagement score of 7.9 for our Commercial department, which is above our industry benchmark. We’re also consistently scoring high in our drivers for ‘Reward’, ‘Organisational Fit’ and ‘Management Support’.
