Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Along with our competitive salaries, which are externally benchmarked and decided through fair and consistent processes, we’re proud to reward our fantastic salespeople with a comprehensive commission scheme. Our competitive commission plans support employees through monthly payments, set monthly and quarterly quotas, and enables our salespeople the chance to earn up to 200% of commission when they achieve their target. We set targets and commission at stretching but achievable levels and we are pleased that the majority of our sales teams achieve their targets and receive regular commission payments. We’re also delighted to operate a range of other incentives throughout the year to reward consistency of achievement, such as running a recognition award for our highest performing salespeople each quarter with one of the prizes being the chance to win a Mini, as well as inviting our Elite Club on luxury trips to places like Las Vegas.
We’re very proud to support our salespeople’s growth and progression. We provide dedicated personal performance coaching for our salespeople so that they can develop their skills, learn different products, and grow their careers. For example, we hold regular continuous professional development sessions such as our Neurolinguistic Programming courses and promote our Showpad tool, which provides instant information on our products, services and process. Employees in the early part of their career are regularly assessed and promoted depending on their performance to further their sales careers. We’re excited to have recently launched our career framework, which provides employees with clear paths for progression and lateral moves. We also advertise all our vacancies internally and encourage employees to apply. We’re delighted that through Peakon, our employee engagement platform, our employees in the Sales department agree that they are growing professionally, scoring IRIS 8.4 out of 10 for progression, which is higher than comparable organisations.
The Commercial Leadership team are heavily invested in the success of IRIS and each individual. This is demonstrated by making themselves personally available to employees to help support getting deals over the line or available for a chat when they are in our Manchester office. We also provide our sales teams with performance mindset coaches and nutritionists, support increased movement and activity in the working day, offer great incentives, and give everyone the opportunity to maximise their earnings. In the wider organisation, we’re also delighted to have been Great Place to Work-Certified™ for the 3rd year running, based on our employees’ anonymous feedback about IRIS in an independent survey conducted by Great Place To Work®. From the survey results, we achieved a higher Trust score than the UK’s Best Workplaces average in the Super-Large category. To build trust with our employees, we host monthly company updates, where the Executive team and senior leaders share recent achievements, upcoming events and processes, as well as communicate our global objectives and plans for success. We know that our employees are at the heart of what we do, and we will continue to delight them and build #1RIS.
We’re sorry to hear that this hasn’t been your experience, and would encourage you to reach out to our HR Director for Commercial, Kerry McAtkin, so that we can help put things right.
We’re always looking for ways we can be the best we can be, and we would welcome any further suggestions. Please reach out to the HR team or email EmployeeFeedback@iris.co.uk. Kind regards, the HR team
