We’re passionate about paying our employees fairly and competitively to reward their dedication and hard work. We’re proud to run a companywide annual salary review process each autumn, which includes external benchmarking data, to make sure we’re paying the market rate. We also offer pay scales in select departments to enable employees to grow their salaries as they develop their skills and operate a range of generous bonus and commission schemes to recognise and reward hard work. In customer service, the analysts have the opportunity to increase their salary twice a year by achieving milestones relating to knowledge in the products and achievement of objectives (CSAT and Quality). In addition, we operate a quarterly commission scheme, where analysts can earn commission by achieving quality targets. This scheme focuses on rewarding colleagues for delivering good quality for our customers.
