It is important for us to nurture a #1RIS culture which aligns the acquired company’s values with IRIS ones and host a Valuing You workshop for each of our acquisition. We’re delighted to share that looking at our last four largest acquisitions, their eNPS score on Peakon has increased since joining us by at least +15 and up to +47 eNPS.
