We’re proud to pay our employees fairly and competitively for their hard work and have been a Real Living Wage employer for many years, meaning we commit to paying a fair wage to cover at least the real cost of living in the UK as calculated by the Real Living Wage Foundation. We also run an evidence-led companywide annual salary review process each autumn, which uses external benchmarking data to ensure consistency and fairness in assigning increases and to ensure we’re paying the market rate. We also operate pay scales in select department, which enables our employees to grow their salaries as their skills develop, which are reviewed in line with the cost of living each year.
