We’re passionate about paying employees fairly and competitively to reward their dedication and hard work. We run a companywide annual salary review process each autumn, which includes external benchmarking data to ensure we’re paying the market rate. In select departments, we also operate structured pay scales that allow employees to grow their salaries as they develop their skills. Internal growth is really important to us, and we’ve introduced initiatives like our career framework and skills assessments which provide clear pathways for progression. We also provide a range of professional and personal development opportunities through funded training and internal initiatives such as our High Potential Programme. In addition, we invest in our managers through leadership pathways designed for every stage of their career, ensuring that all managers have the tools to support their teams effectively.
