      Only care people from mumbai origin,better be from Mumbai Be only close to Pankaj , pankaj will save you Permanenet position is a myth , you are here just to be trial and error and disposed

      Cons

      No Growth , hire people just to showcase team employee strength , only old employees are valued ,Marathas are the conqueror

      Pros

      Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

      Cons

      Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
