Amazing industry doing good in the world, super smart and friendly people, what else can you ask for?

None, really. It’s a big company to it takes a bit to get to know process, etc but that’s to be expected.

Good campus, friendly coworkers, had a good mission once upon a time, lots of sports activities, chilled work life balance until rifs devastated the company.

Bottom barrel salary .... Pathetic to be honest. Extremely low base, poor bonus target that is not often paid and low RSU that company decided to take away from Sr. Manager and lower levels. Stay away from this place if you want a respectable compensation. Lots of cost cutting, ambitious projects staffed by less and less people, most people looking for the exit as morale is in doldrums
