Cons
1. Management has changed over the last few years. Micromanagement is on the rise and does not expect to see any change with the people currently present in the management, if you wish to survive here with the present management, you must learn the art of ""(FIB) 2. There is no scope for internal growth in the company. 3. Very poor training materials and kb articles. It is a mess. 4. Pay is very poor once you start in the role, there would be no change to your paycheck. 5. They don't give any promotions until a long period whereas teams across the globe get promotions and pay rises within a couple of years. 6. During the interview, they will let you know of everything interesting and exciting the role has to offer but no, there isn't, and you will be stuck doing this monotonous role without any change in salary or any growth opportunity. 7. The Upper management does not listen to their employees.
